该职位负责公司最重要产品线的品牌管理工作，占有公司60%以上的销售额，带领20人左右的团队，汇报给中国区市场VP。公司对于该产品线投入了大量的资源，希望进一步加大中国市场的发展，巩固市场的领导地位。

要胜任这一职位，您需要拥有至少8年的品牌组管理经验，具有非常强的策略制定与推进的能力，目前公司也在逐步建立区域市场使产品进一步渗透，因此除了能与全球有较好的沟通外，与区域市场及其他相关部门也需要有良好的合作与沟通。

This position is responsible for brand management which is company's most important product line, occupies more than 60% of sales revenue. You need led a team of about 20 people, report to the China marketing VP.
