My client is a market-leading technology business, which stands a large market share among the globe. This company has a diversified industry exposure with its own and industry-leading R&D centre, manufacturing sites, procurement, logistics, quality, sales and marketing, after-sales service sections, etc. With its great reputation and remarkable history, my client has a significant exposure in global technology industry

Responsibilities：

· Cover legal practice for global business with a focus inprocumbent and supply chain, providing professional and strategic legal advicesfor all stakeholders

· Support critical projects within group, making sure a quality andefficient legal support is delivered

· Assess and alert business of legal and regulatory risks, minimizethe impact overall

·  Maintain Joint-venture relationships, review licensing agreement,assist expanding global production footprint

· Responsible for litigation and dispute resolution requiring orhappening within business units

· Leading and building upteam capability

Requirements：

· This role is a China-based role, and it will be measured by theability of engagement and teamleadership, candidates are ideally with thefollowing experiences considering as relevant

· PRC Bar is essential

· 8-10 years PQE as a legal manager or above in multinationalcompanies and/or as counsel in top tier International and PRC law firm

· Solid legal knowledge, good understanding of internationalcommercial law, prefer experiences in North America, Europe and Asia Pacificarea

· JV working experiences and foreign-owned enterprises is a plus

· Strong English with oral and written communication skills toensure a smooth communication with team

· Strong negotiation skill in commercial deals

· A smart solution-provider and a positive person to work with
