来到北京：大栅栏的故事四则 | Beijing Arrivals: Four Stories from Dashilar“来到北京”这个项目旨在探究大栅栏作为“北京熔炉”的历史。几个世纪以来大栅栏一直是来自全国各地的人们到北京的落脚处，也是中国和外国思想和设计理念进入北京的门户。主办方在2015年的北京设计周举办了展览，组织了漫步之旅和一些互动活动以便让人们了解大栅栏作为北京窗口的作用。今年又进行了一系列的研究。几个月以来，吴三桂和孔延森采访并拍摄了一些大栅栏过去和现在的住户。基于这些研究，主办方选择了一些鲜活的例子来展示四十年代后期直至现在的大栅栏地区的日常生活。Beijing Arrivals is a project that explores the history of Dashilar as Beijing’s melting pot. For centuries Dashilar was the place where people from all over the country arrived in Beijing. It was also a place where Chinese and foreign-inspired ideas and designs alike would find their way into the city of Beijing. For Beijing Design Week 2015, we hosted exhibitions, walks, and interactive experiences that explored how Dashilar functioned as an entry point to Beijing.This year, we have conducted another round of original research. Over the past several months, Lars Ulrik Thom and Jens Schott Knudsen have interviewed and photographed a number of current and past residents of Dashilar.
